Our school outreach program seeks to ignite the passion within each student to embrace their God-given gifts. Gifts that not only can bring Him glory, but can provide opportunities for a better future.

We partner with schools in Kibera to help meet physical needs like food and sanitary pads, so that we can also meet their spiritual needs.

These events are not just showcasing of talents, but a celebration of the gifts God has given each student and encouragement to steward them for the sake of the Gospel and a bright future.

How It Works

Our school outreach program is three comprehensive events, spaced out in three school terms with three different activities. We host additional distributions and events throughout the year.

Stage 1: Praise

Our full Art4Christ band will come and lead students in a praise session. During this event we host a talent showcase of students, working in partnership with the CU advisor. A guest speaker will also come and present Biblical teaching, encouraging the students. The focus of this event is to introduce Art4Christ, create a connection and engage with the students.

Stage 2: Worship

Our second stage is an intentional opportunity to connect and learn. With a smaller worship band present, they will lead the students in worship. A guest speaker will come and engage in Biblical teaching, and invite students to share their testimony based on the subject of their session.

Our third stage is a way for Art4Christ to serve you. After consulting with the CU coordinator, we will come and present an in kind donation to the school based on the needs presented as a thank you for the partnership through the last year.

Stage 3: Thanksgiving

Pad Distributions

An estimated one million girls will miss school every month in Kenya because they do not have access to sanitary towels. Each term, we distribute sanitary pads to each girl at our partner schools in Kibera to ensure that they can stay healthy and stay in school.

Every October as the school year comes to an end, we serve every Form Four student at our partner schools with the support from churches in the US. From food supplies for the schools, to support cards and gift bags for the students, to praying over all Form Four students.

School Festival

Every year, we gather all students during term break from each partner school to join us for an exclusive festival just for them. We share through a meal, live music, celebrity guests, teaching and preaching.
