art4Christ empowers creatives in nairobi to use their God-given gifts.

In the heart of Kibera, one of the most vibrant communities in Nairobi, thousands of young people are full of creativity, talent, and potential. But many lack opportunities to discover their gifts and use them for a greater purpose.

Many young people grow up surrounded by challenges- poverty, limited opportunities and few spaces where their creativity can grow. With high unemployment rates, crime rates and drug use in Kibera… we want to show them that there is another way. A better way.

Because we believe that every young person has been given a gift by God. That's why Art4Christ exists.

Our mission is simple: to help young people discover their God-given gifts. Gifts that not only can bring Him glory, but can provide opportunities for a better future.

Through art, music, dance, spoken word and mentorship we create safe spaces where young people can grow in their creativity, their skills and their faith.

Meet the Founders

Art4Christ was founded by Billy and Alison Achieng in 2019 after seeing the need to showcase Christian talent in Kenya.

Billy is an audio engineer and music producer based in Nairobi who works primarily with Christian artists. His background and connections in this genre have helped engage artists and given them a platform to showcase their talents, at our festivals and outreach center.

Alison is a visual artist, photographer and business owner with a background in Christian education. These skills have enabled her to manage marketing efforts as well as run the school outreach program.
